Launching the Competition

To start a competition, follow these general steps.

On the software side:

  • Create a championship using the scoreboard module.
  • Create tournament categories and subcategories based on the competition requirements.
  • Invite team managers to create their accounts in the system.
  • Team manager account must be approved by admin.
  • Team managers should update their requested details in their respective accounts.
  • Team managers should add competitors by entering their relevant information.
  • Team managers should register the competitors to their desired tournaments and categories.
  • Generate the tournament format for each category to determine the match schedule and structure.
  • Order the fights on the designated tatami or competition area according to the generated format.

On the location side:

  • Ensure a stable internet connection is available throughout the competition venue.
  • Set up laptops for the operators to access and use the scoreboard software effectively.
  • Assign tables or mobile devices to referees if the tournament is generated to enable them to input fight scores and marks
  • Mount spectator TVs or screens to display the live scoreboard and standings for the audience to follow the competition.
